Property layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the images.
Also contained in this recent document drop seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created plans to develop the substantial island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a key identifying different areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, featuring designs for dock shelters.
More materials released as part of the continuing congressional release.
