Furthermore contained in this new document release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and contains a key detailing various parts of the property.
In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, featuring plans for marina coverings.
